====== Fast Fourier Transform Spectrometer (XFFTS) ======


The Fast Fourier Transform Spectrometer (XFFTS) for Effelsberg is available for observations since late 2011. The backend has 32768 channels in each of the two IF inputs so that for 2 channel receivers both polarisations can be sampled and processed in parallel. 

Currently the following modes are available:

**Note, that the effective bandwidths are about 10% smaller due to bandpass issues!**
